Shipping

1. Order Processing All orders are processed after payment confirmation. All prints are produced to order by our professional print partner, WhiteWall. Processing and production typically take 2–4 business days before dispatch. Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Denmark and selected countries within the European Union only. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product type and destination. Customers can confirm availability during checkout.

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected product. Shipping rates are as follows:

• All EU destinations (including Denmark): €4.99 flat rate

Orders over €120 may qualify for free shipping promotions.

Estimated delivery times, including production:

• Denmark: approximately 5–10 business days
• EU countries: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production demand, carrier delays, holidays, or customs/security inspections within the EU. Express shipping is currently not available.

4. Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information, where available.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at: hello@photoprintsstorejm.com. Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the damaged package and product (if applicable)

We will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Delays While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or production delays.
