1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason.

However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods. As all photo prints sold through our store are produced to order according to your specifications, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage.

2. Returns and Cancellations

Because our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@photoprintsstorejm.com We will do our best to assist if production has not yet started.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@photoprintsstorejm.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

4. Print Appearance

Please note that slight variations in colour, brightness, and contrast may occur due to monitor calibration differences and professional print production processes. Minor variations do not constitute defects.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval confirmation. You will receive email confirmation once processed.
