1. General Information Photo Prints Store JM is an online store selling photo prints. By placing an order on photoprintsstorejm.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products We offer printed photo products. All images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.

3. Ordering By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example, in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping and Delivery We ship to Denmark and the EU member states. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@photoprintsstorejm.com. Please note that custom or personalised photo prints are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Returns and Refunds If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property By uploading images to our store, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them for printing. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-uploaded content.

10. Data Protection We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
